    Country stakes in climate change negotiations: two dimensions of vulnerability

    Description
    This policy research report examines developing countries' likely attitudes to international treaties regulating carbon emissions, concluding that the clear differences in the factors that determine likely negotiating positions are based on the country's vulnerability to climate change impacts and that the barriers in the transition to renewable energy are political and institutional rather than a lack of availability.
